Pastor Bill will be leading an Introduction to the Old Testament class on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 in Mission Hall B. This is a 10 week course that introduces participants to key themes and issues in the Old Testament. The course emphasizes the importance of reading Old Testament texts in their cultural and literary contexts with a view to relating them to Jesus' ministry. The course includes DVD presentations by Lutheran seminary professors, as well as lively discussion.
